Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Kayabo Creative website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

Kayabo Creative provides:

• Creative services including graphic design, branding, web development, printing, and media production
• Physical merchandise (T-shirts, hoodies, caps, mugs, and more)
• Digital products including PSD templates and design assets
• Online courses and design lessons

3. Orders & Payments

• All prices are listed in Uganda Shillings (UGX) unless otherwise stated
• Orders are confirmed only after payment is verified by our team
• For bank transfer and mobile money payments, orders are processed after receipt confirmation
• We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors or stock unavailability
• Payment receipts must be uploaded within 24 hours of placing an order

4. Delivery Policy

• Physical products are delivered within 1–3 business days within Kampala
• Delivery fees apply and are calculated at checkout
• Pickup is available from our Kampala studio, Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm
• We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information

5. Digital Products

• Digital products are available for download immediately after payment confirmation
• Downloads are for personal or commercial use by the purchasing individual or business only
• You may not resell, redistribute, or share digital products with third parties
• Course access is granted to the purchasing account only and is non-transferable

6. Refund Policy

• Physical products may be returned within 7 days if defective or wrongly delivered
• Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded
• Custom design services are non-refundable after work has commenced
• Refund requests must be submitted to kayabocreative@gmail.com

7. Intellectual Property

All creative work produced by Kayabo Creative remains our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables as agreed. We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

9. Limitation of Liability

Kayabo Creative shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
